Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Colin Hendry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Handly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hendry comes to the cage accompanied by Seed - By Sublime. The crowd seem to be enjoying Handly's choice of entrance music: You Dropped a bomb on me. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Handly changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hendry tries to avoid it but Handly manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hendry to the ground. Hendry escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Handly throws a body punch but Hendry moves out of range.

Handly drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hendry looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hendry looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hendry!

Hendry is staying tight to Handly's torso, preventing him from escaping.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Handly shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hendry manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hendry is on top in guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Colin Hendry will probably get the nod.
