Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Steve Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maurice Dubois (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Kavanagh and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown gets tackled into the cage by Dubois . Dubois maintains the clinch.
Dubois throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Brown blocks it with crossed arms.
Brown has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Brown breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Dubois closes the distance and clinches.

Brown breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dubois goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Brown misses with a hook.
Dubois shoots in but Brown avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Brown lands with a good body shot.
Dubois fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Dubois scores with a head kick. Brown tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Dubois drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Dubois misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The strikes coming from Dubois are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Brown is trying to get back to half guard.
Dubois throws an elbow but Brown slips to the side and avoids it well.
Brown is looking to regain half guard here but Dubois keeps moving and retains side control.

You can see the frustration on Brown's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Brown knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dubois on the ground.

Dubois swings around for an armbar but Brown sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Dubois 's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Dubois has his foot on Brown's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brown works his way back into a safe position though.
Dubois tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Dubois has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Brown is posturing up here but Dubois has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Brown tries to roll out but it's too tight and Brown has to tap! Slick submission there by Dubois !
