The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sharlok throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ribeiro was covering up waiting for the punch and Sharlok finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ribeiro manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Sharlok manages to get himself to full guard.
Ribeiro slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Ribeiro wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sharlok keeps working.
Ribeiro landing strikes.
Sharlok tries to bench press Ribeiro off him but Ribeiro keeps the position.
Ribeiro wants to control but Sharlok is keeping him busy.
Sharlok is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Ribeiro has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Ribeiro creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Sharlok sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Ribeiro has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Sharlok!
Ribeiro wants to control the pace but Sharlok is squirming around nicely.
Ribeiro punching from mount but Sharlok doing a good job of avoiding damage.

Ribeiro working for a guillotine from mount but Sharlok is in no mood to give up.
Sharlok tries to hold on but Ribeiro pushes him away.
