The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vaquero closes the distance and clinches up with Van Houten, looking for a takedown. Vaquero pushes Van Houten against the cage but Van Houten circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Vaquero drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Van Houten is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
