Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Treponema Palidum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Daris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Treponema Palidum!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Junior Daris!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Thiago Cunha and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Daris throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Junior Daris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Daris closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Palidum did well to prevent Daris getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Palidum is pressing down on Daris's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Daris has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Palidum is proving hard to escape from.
Daris throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Palidum might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Palidum pulls Daris in to control the position.
Daris throws a big elbow that misses.
Palidum is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Palidum manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Palidum lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Palidum takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Daris is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Palidum quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Palidum but it's paid off an Daris is forced to tap! Nice work by Palidum.
