The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Leconte thuds a left hand into Kennedy's body.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Horrible takedown by Kennedy or perhaps it was just good defense by Leconte which made him look bad.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Luke Kennedy hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Leconte ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kennedy moves away.

Kennedy closes the distance and clinches up with Leconte, looking for a takedown. Kennedy pushes Leconte against the cage but Leconte circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Well Kennedy has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
