Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Stand Alone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Foti Vasa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vasa is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Highway to Hell (AC/DC). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vasa blocks a head kick by Alone.

Vasa throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Alone was covering up waiting for the punch and Vasa finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Vasa postures up and lands a big shot to Alone's brow.

Vasa working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Vasa stands up over Alone, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Vasa accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Vasa throws an elbow that misses. Alone uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Vasa's guard. Nice move by Alone!
Vasa bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Alone's guard.

Vasa makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Vasa keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Alone's head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vasa is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Alone looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Vasa has picked Alone up and slammed him! Alone can't keep hold of the triangle and Vasa manages to pass to side control!

Alone on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Vasa lands a strong strike to the head of Alone. That's dazed him! Vasa looking to finish here. Alone is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Vasa lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
