Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jigfu Cambrona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Varshik Gerich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cambrona's entrance music is Erge-Sholee Biste Turda. A fine choice. Gerich has chosen Drugwhore as his entrance music. Varshik Gerich will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jigfu Cambrona!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Fedor Mirinova and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cambrona swinging wildly here.
Cambrona tries to clinch up.
A chopping leg kick lands by Gerich.
Gerich chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Cambrona closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Cambrona is trying to control the action in half guard but Gerich is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Cambrona tries to pass the half guard into mount. Gerich knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Cambrona wants to get up but he can't break Gerich's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cambrona accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Gerich bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cambrona's guard.
Cambrona is looking to stand up but Gerich isn't so interested in that idea.
Gerich passes Cambrona's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cambrona kicks off Gerich and gets to his feet.
Gerich tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cambrona tries to clinch there but Gerich circles away.
Cambrona thows a body kick. Gerich tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Cambrona drives through and clinches with Gerich against the cage.

Gerich pushes off an throws an elbow but Cambrona leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Cambrona is trying to trip Gerich. He has hold of a leg but Gerich is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Cambrona persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Varshik Gerich was stalling too much, according to the referee.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Cambrona is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Gerich can't fight it off and eventually Cambrona manages to take the fight to the floor. Gerich looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

You get the feeling that Cambrona really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Gerich is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gerich can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Cambrona is looking to escape.
Gerich takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Cambrona's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
