Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jessey Cochran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Dunca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jessey Cochran could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ron Dunca's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dunca closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Cochran did well to prevent Dunca getting side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Dunca is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cochran is just riding it out for now. Dunca eventually gives up the hold.

Cochran escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dunca gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Dunca feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
