Dotson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Motor Mouth. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shilt showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dotson.
Shilt misses with an uppercut.
Shilt feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Dotson's calf.
Dotson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Shilt sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Dotson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Dotson misses with a hook.
Nice body kick from Shilt.
Dotson is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Shilt works the jab nicely.
Dotson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Shilt goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Shilt misses with a body kick.
Shilt blocks a low kick nicely.

Shilt lands a big head kick that sends Dotson tumbling to the mat! Shilt takes a step backwards and waves Dotson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Dotson is rocked!

It looks like Dan Dotson has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Shilt throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Oh Dotson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shilt feints and then cracks Dotson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Dotson down.

Shilt lands a big right hook! Dotson looks hurt but is still standing! Shilt lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Dotson falls down and Shilt dives in with a huge hammer fist! Dotson's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Shilt runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
