Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Brandao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karol Cropp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brandao kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marcus Brandao!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Karol Cropp!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Aafke Stam and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandao throws a lazy right hand but Cropp sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Brandao connects with the punch.
Cropp slips under a jab.
Brandao throws a hook to the side of Cropp's head but Cropp sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Marcus Brandao seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cropp misses the shot to the body.
Brandao throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cropp stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Brandao walks into a jab.

It looks like Marcus Brandao has been cut.
Cropp throws a hook to the side of Brandao's head but Brandao sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Brandao lands a left and a right that send Cropp crashing to the mat, dazed. Brandao thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Cropp is rocked!

It looks like Karol Cropp has been cut.
Cropp shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Brandao but Brandao pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cropp is still on wobbly legs! Can Brandao finish him?
Cropp takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Cropp seems to have recovered his senses.
Cropp looks up at the clock. Bad move! Brandao lands a right hand from hell, dropping Cropp. Brandao pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marcus Brandao!
A less than humble Marcus Brandao misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
