The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Segura looks to score with a jab to the body but Giacomucci is just out of range.
Segura gets tackled into the cage by Giacomucci. Giacomucci maintains the clinch.
Segura tries to score a body lock takedown but Giacomucci shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Giacomucci has hold of one of Segura's legs. Segura is fighting the takedown attempt but Giacomucci gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Segura stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Giacomucci swivels though and keeps the full guard.
