Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Koon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moscow Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Koon comes into the arena with "Zion" - Fluke blaring out of the sound system. Black has chosen Sektor Gaza - Dopilsya as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan Koon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Moscow Black!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Dean Styles and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koon is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Koon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Black napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Koon tries to move to mount but Black blocks the move with his legs.
Koon is staying tight to Black's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Koon tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Koon has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Koon working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Koon tries to move to mount but Black blocks the move with his legs.
Koon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Black keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Koon tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Koon has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Black is trying to control Koon's posture but Koon avoids it.
Koon wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Black, who protects the arm well.
Black is trying to get back to his feet.
Black tries to improve position but can't.
Koon tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Koon has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Black is not content to let Koon control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Koon tries to advance to mount but can't.
Koon works to advance to full mount. Black defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Black is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Black tries to lock up and control but Koon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Koon is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Black has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Koon can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Black is looking to escape.
Koon postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Black looks a forlorn figure.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Koon is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Black to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Black shrugs it off.
Black tries to lock up and control but Koon gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Black is in all sorts of trouble here.
Koon working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Black turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Koon off and cradles Black's limp body as Koon celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Dan Koon!
A very excited looking Dan Koon made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
