Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Andre Krout!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grundi shoots in for a takedown but Krout shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Grundi is defended easily by Krout.
Grundi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Krout finds it's way round the side to connect with Grundi's head.
Krout is looking to clinch but Grundi is avoiding it.
Grundi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Krout circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Angus Grundi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Grundi shoots in for a double leg but Krout sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Grundi avoids the body shot from Krout.

Krout moves into the clinch successfully.
Krout wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Grundi gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Krout regains guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Grundi makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Grundi drops back looking for a leg! Krout is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Krout manages to kick Grundi off! Grundi jumps back into Krout's guard.
Grundi distracts Krout with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Grundi throws a big right hand that misses.
Grundi trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Krout utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Grundi passes into half guard.
Krout really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Grundi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Grundi is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Krout is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
