Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Miles Long!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Steve Montenegro and Dean Styles.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Thomas fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Long, pushing him back against the cage.

Thomas manages to break the clinch.
Long throws a head kick that Thomas semi-blocks.
Thomas bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Thomas closes the distance and pushes Long back into the cage.
Long just leaning against Thomas, taking a breather.

Thomas's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Thomas wants to clinch.
Long throws a head kick but Thomas moves out of range.
Long misses with a double jab
and Thomas counters with a nice body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Long avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Long uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Thomas.
Miles Long seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Long pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Long tries a head kick but it misses.
Thomas moves in looking to clinch but Long pushes him off.
Thomas's jab looks to have found its range, popping Long under the eye.

It looks like Miles Long has been cut.
Long throws a wild hook but Thomas just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Long gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Thomas raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
