The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lachance throws a sloppy head kick and Lewis moves out of range easily.
Lewis looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Lewis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lewis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lachance pinned against the cage. Lachance gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Lachance throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Lewis blocks it with crossed arms.

That was a close round but I would say that Leroy Lewis will probably get the nod.

Lachance tries to kick Lewis off in order to stand up. Lewis Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Lachance bucks up and tries to throw Lewis off but instead Lewis has got his back!
Lachance wants to get back to his feet.
Lewis is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Lachance is squirming around looking to escape but he's just wriggling himself into more trouble. Lewis sinks in the hooks and manages to tighten his grip on a rear naked choke. Lachance has no choice but to tap and Lewis jumps to his feet to celebrate and slick submission win!
