Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dell Trotter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deejay Vendetta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vendetta has chosen Soilwork - Nerve as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trotter slips a jab from Vendetta.
Dell Trotter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Trotter.
Trotter misses with a body shot.
Vendetta fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Trotter takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Trotter shoots for a takedown but Vendetta saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Trotter closes the distance and clinches up with Vendetta, looking for a takedown. Trotter pushes Vendetta against the cage but Vendetta circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dell Trotter. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Trotter is breathing heavily.
Vendetta throws a nice looking combination but Trotter bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Vendetta lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Vendetta slips under a jab from Trotter.

Trotter takes one on the button.
Vendetta tries a head kick but it misses.
Vendetta moves out of range as Trotter strikes.

Trotter shoots in for a takedown but Vendetta shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Vendetta lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Still in the clinch, Vendetta scores with a nice short uppercut.
Vendetta tries to land knees in the clinch but Trotter avoids the damage to the body.
Trotter tries to pull guard but Vendetta won't allow it.

Trotter keeping moving, preventing Vendetta from controlling successfully.
Vendetta loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Vendetta must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Deejay Vendetta was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Trotter has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Vendetta finds it's way round the side to connect with Trotter's head.
Nice uppercut lands for Vendetta. That snapped Trotter's head back.
Vendetta keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Vendetta cracks the inside of Trotter's front leg.
Trotter lands with a straight right. Vendetta didn't see that one coming.

Trotter misses with a takedown
and Vendetta counters with a nice low kick that buckles Trotter's knee momentarily.
Vendetta works Trotter's body with a nice hook.
Trotter scores with a jab. Vendetta acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Vendetta slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Trotter is rocked!
Vendetta knocks out Trotter with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Vendetta before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Vendetta picks up the big W with a huge KO!
