The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toe throws a big shot that misses.

Toe takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Kelly throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Toe's waist but Toe gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kelly off to one side.

Toe fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kelly manages to avoid it.

Kelly is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kelly on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Kelly shoots in for a takedown but Toe shows good takedown defense.

Toe is looking to wear down Kelly with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Kelly dives in and grabs Toe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Toe pushes down on Kelly's head and hops out.

Kelly feints and as Toe raises his hands in defense, Kelly changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Toe is trying to control the position but Kelly postures up.

Kelly has one of Toe's arms on lockdown, trying to prevent him from doing any damage.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
You can see the frustration on Kelly's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Toe is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
