Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bruce Do!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tirawit Kokin!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kokin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Do throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Do doesn't manage to clinch there - Kokin circles away.
A combination from Kokin does no damage.
Kokin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kokin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Do does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Do feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kokin's calf.
Do thows a leg kick but Kokin checks it
and Kokin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A head kick by Do misses
and Kokin counters with a left and a right that stings Do.
Do moves to clinch but Kokin breaks away
and Kokin counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Kokin throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Do throws out a leg kick but Kokin moves out of range and Do only half commits.

Do shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
A low kick from Do is predictable there
and Kokin counters with a nice low kick that buckles Do's knee momentarily.
A slow jab from Kokin misses its intended target.
Do throws out a leg kick but Kokin moves out of range and Do only half commits.
A clash of legs there as Kokin blocks the low kick.

Do with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Do tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Kokin avoids it.

Kokin lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Do with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Do managing to block the knees to the body from Kokin.
The fighters are pressed against the ropes, as the pace of the fight slows.

Kokin on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Kokin tries to land a front kick but Do steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Good leg kick by Kokin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Do tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kokin is able to avoid easily.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Kokin checks a leg kick.
Kokin stuffs the takedown attempt from Do. Do gets slowly back to his feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kokin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kokin scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Kokin tries to close the distance and clinch but Do swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A punch lands to the side of Do 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Kokin takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Kokin connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Kokin throws a head kick that misses.
Do shoots in for a double leg but Kokin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Do is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

I would just about give that final round to Tirawit Kokin.
Well Kokin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
