The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jo drives through and clinches with Lumpio against the cage.
Lumpio keeps control of Jo as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Lumpio lands an elbow just above Jo 's eye.
It looks like Jim Jo has been cut.

Jo tries to pull guard but Lumpio won't allow it.
Jo jumps guard but Lumpio stands there with Jo around his waist. Jo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jo is trying to break the clinch but Lumpio is controlling him.
Lumpio's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Lumpio for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Jo is still on wobbly legs! Can Lumpio finish him?
Jim Jo's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jim Jo's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
