Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wet Hell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robson Mendes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robson Mendes is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Mendes just misses with a punch to the body.
Hell blocks a head kick by Mendes.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Mendes.
Mendes fails to land with a series of punches.
Mendes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hell moves away.

Hell shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mendes pinned against the cage. Mendes gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Hell really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Mendes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hell circles away quickly and effectively.
Mendes throws out a leg kick but Hell moves out of range and Mendes only half commits.
Mendes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hell avoids the body shot from Mendes.
Hell fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mendes, pushing him back against the cage.
Mendes wants the takedown. Hell is fighting it off but Mendes persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Hell's guard against the cage.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Mendes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mendes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hell is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Hell takes a swing at Mendes's ribcage but misses.

Good work by Hell as he checks the leg kick.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Mendes in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Mendes drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Mendes as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Hell screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Mendes! Nice submission victory there!
