Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 41 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Colton Trayne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Duncan McAlister!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from McAlister.
A low kick from Trayne misses
and McAlister counters with a nice body kick.
Trayne lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as McAlister backs up against the cage.

Trayne rushes McAlister and presses him up against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

McAlister pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Good leg kick by McAlister there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Trayne moves out of range of the body kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from McAlister.
McAlister takes a swing at Trayne's ribcage but misses.

Trayne instigates a clinch.

McAlister manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Trayne gets to his feet - McAlister follows without any prompting.
McAlister throws a lazy uppercut
and Trayne counters with an outside leg kick.
McAlister throws a wild body kick that Trayne sees coming a mile off.

Trayne takes a body punch but keeps moving.
McAlister misses the shot to the body.
McAlister moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
McAlister paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
McAlister steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Trayne.
The crowd cheers as Trayne lands an impressive looking overhand right. McAlister doesn't seem phased though.

Trayne scores with a punch to the head.
McAlister throws a lazy right hand but Trayne sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Trayne tries to score with a low kick but McAlister moves his leg out of the way.
Colton Trayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McAlister throws a leg kick that is checked

and Trayne counters by moving into the clinch.
Trayne lands a body punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

McAlister has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Trayne uses from the top position.

Trayne is looking to stand up but McAlister won't let him.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Colton Trayne just wasn't active enough.

Trayne has taken the fight to the clinch.

Trayne tried to land a shot to the body but connects with McAlister's elbow.
Trayne lands a hook to the side of the head.
McAlister blocks a punch to the side of the head.

McAlister fails to pull guard.

McAlister jumps guard and drags Trayne to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
McAlister wants to stand and escape but Trayne is having none of it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
McAlister is trying to stand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Duncan McAlister will probably get the nod.
That's time! Trayne's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Trayne throws a push kick but McAlister slaps the foot to one side.
McAlister throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

McAlister misses with a right hand
and Trayne counters with a thumping low kick.
Duncan McAlister seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Trayne lands a really nice looking cross but McAlister seems unphased.

McAlister throws a lazy uppercut
and Trayne counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Trayne uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before McAlister has time to react.
Trayne connects with the punch.
Trayne avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from McAlister. Trayne shrugs it off though.

Trayne rushes McAlister and presses him up against the cage.
McAlister jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Trayne walks away with a smile on his face. McAlister gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Trayne is looking to score with low kicks.
McAlister throws a right and a left that both miss.
McAlister throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Trayne slips a jab and a cross from McAlister.
Trayne throws a low kick but it's checked well by McAlister.
That kick from Trayne tenderised McAlister's leg. McAlister is trying to keep his angry face on.
Trayne fails in his attempt to clinch.
McAlister throws a sloppy head kick and Trayne moves out of range easily.
McAlister walks into a straight right hand from Trayne.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Trayne wants to clinch.
Colton Trayne has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Trayne will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Duncan McAlister is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
McAlister tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
McAlister throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Trayne's corner calls for a 1-2. Trayne obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
McAlister misses with a shot to the body
and Trayne counters with a series of strikes. McAlister will be more careful next time no doubt.
Trayne looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
McAlister is breathing heavily.
McAlister takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Trayne lands a brutal head kick. McAlister looks out on his feet and Trayne throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Colton Trayne!
A relieved looking Colton Trayne thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
