Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kauko Partio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Azure (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Partio comes to the cage accompanied by Decode - Me, You and Pain. Mr Azure will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azure missing with a left hand there. Partio was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Azure misses with a straight right.

Azure tests Partio's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Azure throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Partio sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Partio rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Azure moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Azure shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Partio is trying to defend but Azure finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Azure is nestled in close to Partio, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Azure is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Partio sees it coming and defends easily.

Azure looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Partio with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Azure takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Partio won't allow Azure to pass to mount.
Partio might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Azure moves in close and cracks Partio with a massive right hand! Partio, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Azure!
