Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gad looks to land a combination. Drogo sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Khal Drogo has been cut.
Drogo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Gad was covering up waiting for the punch and Drogo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gad wants to stand but Drogo is controlling the position.

Drogo shoots in looking for a takedown. Gad tries to sprawl out of it but Drogo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gad manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Drogo drops back looking for a leg! Gad is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gad manages to kick Drogo off! Drogo jumps back into Gad's guard.

Drogo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Drogo moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Gad has worked his arm free - good work by Gad!

Drogo is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Drogo extends the arm and Gad is forced to tap!
