Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sandor Clegane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mariusz Kowal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clegane comes to the ring accompanied by Goodbye. Mariusz Kowal has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kowal dives in and scores a takedown into Clegane's guard.

Kowal got a little sloppy there for a moment and Clegane has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kowal has managed to get both his arms back between Clegane's legs - danger averted.
Kowal would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Clegane is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kowal defends well.

Clegane distracts Kowal with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

It looks like Mariusz Kowal has been cut.

Kowal is working to avoid the ground and pound but Clegane connects with a decent elbow.

Clegane has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Clegane tries to clinch up.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kowal is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Clegane tries to close the distance and clinch but Kowal swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Kowal avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Kowal gets tackled into the ropes by Clegane. Clegane maintains the clinch.

Clegane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Clegane has Kowal up against the ropes in a clinch.

Clegane escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Clegane moves into range and clinches up with Kowal.

Clegane scores with a nice hook to the head.
Clegane gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Kowal.
Kowal goes for a takedown in the clinch but Clegane prevents it.

Clegane's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Clegane pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Clegane darts in and clinches Kowal up against the ropes.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kowal is looking for a takedown.
Sandor Clegane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mariusz Kowal.
Kowal drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Clegane gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Clegane lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Clegane creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Kowal is rocked!

That has opened up Mariusz Kowal's cut even more.
Clegane pushes Kowal against the ropes. Clegane is working some dirty boxing. Clegane pushes off with a quick right hook! Kowal goes down! Kowal tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Clegane moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
