Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brutux Brutux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chico Mulato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mulato has chosen Run to hills as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brutux shoots for a takedown but Mulato saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mulato closes this distance looking for a takedown but Brutux circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Brutux looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Brutux misses with a jab, cross combination.

Mulato fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Brutux, pushing him back against the cage.
Brutux is trying to pull guard but Mulato has him pressed against the cage.

Brutux manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Brutux escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mulato gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Mulato lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Brutux circles away quickly and effectively.

Mulato shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brutux as he avoids it easily.
Mulato tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mulato throws a nice looking combination but Brutux bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Horrible takedown by Mulato or perhaps it was just good defense by Brutux which made him look bad.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mulato is defended easily by Brutux.
Brutux throws a head kick that misses.
Mulato tries a low kick but Brutux avoids it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Mulato.

Mulato takes the fight into the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Mulato ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mulato no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Brutux accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Mulato looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Brutux is fending him off so far but Mulato persists. Nope, Brutux circles away and we're back to standing.

Brutux could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Brutux's jab looks to have found its range, popping Mulato under the eye.

Brutux will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Mulato has Brutux pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Brutux manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Mulato is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Mulato wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Brutux has him pressed against the cage.
Brutux wants to take the fight to the mat but Mulato manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Mulato wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Mulato is working for takedown but Brutux is calmly controlling the position for now.

Brutux shoots in looking for a takedown. Mulato tries to sprawl out of it but Brutux keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mulato manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mulato tries to score a power double leg takedown but Brutux sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mulato somewhat.

Chico Mulato showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Mulato seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Brutux is looking for a sweep. Mulato is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Brutux moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Brutux working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mulato doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mulato manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Mulato must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Well Mulato has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
