Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Club (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Amidal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Club comes to the cage accompanied by Jean-Charles Skarbowski . Amidal has chosen Act Like You Know as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Amidal catches Club right on the button with a cross.
Sloppy strikes from Amidal. Those never looked like landing.
Club throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Club shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Amidal throws a series of punches but Club avoids them all with ease.

Club closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Amidal's guard.
Club wants to control from the top but Amidal keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Club wants to pass the guard but Amidal is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Club drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Club jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Club content to stall in guard here.
Club trying to control the position from guard on top but Amidal is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Amidal really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Club. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Club drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Club seems to have locked his on tight now - Amidal screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Club, as he picks up the win!
