The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunk fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Elmo manages to avoid it.
Elmo will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Bunk throws a leg kick
and Elmo counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Elmo throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Bunk counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Bunk throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Bunk swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Elmo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Elmo takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

It looks like Elmo Elmo has been cut.

and Elmo counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bunk!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Elmo looking to ground and pound but Bunk is blocking nicely.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Elmo cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Elmo with shots to the head and body - Bunk looks very uncomfortable down there.
Bunk is bucking up trying to escape but Elmo cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Elmo fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Elmo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bunk is in a horrible position here. Elmo smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
