Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tsrif Dnoces (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Primo Marcello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcello tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dnoces was well out of range. Poor timing from Marcello.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Marcello sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Marcello is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Dnoces is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Tsrif Dnoces has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Primo Marcello.
Marcello closes the distance and clinches up with Dnoces, looking for a takedown. Marcello pushes Dnoces against the cage but Dnoces circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
