Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, James Walker!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Simans.
Walker misses with the combination.
Simans wants to clinch up but Walker keeps it at a distance.

Simans throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Walker's waist but Walker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Simans off to one side.

Walker clinches up against the cage.
Walker pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Walker's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Simans is trying to drag Walker to the mat but Walker just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Well Walker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
