The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overeem moves into the clinch successfully.
Prince has hold of one of Overeem's legs. Overeem is fighting the takedown attempt but Prince gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Prince working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
It looks like Alistair Overeem has been cut.
Prince postures up and lands a big shot to Overeem's brow.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Prince's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
That has opened up Alistair Overeem's cut even more.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Overeem is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Prince is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Alistair Overeem's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Alistair Overeem's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

In his post fight interview, Tyson Prince started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
