Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Bobby Baker has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bobby Baker seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baker dives in and grabs Kennedy's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kennedy pushes down on Baker's head and hops out.

Kennedy looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Kennedy wants to work for an arm triangle but Baker is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Baker is refusing to be controlled, as Kennedy sits in half guard.
Baker knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kennedy on the ground.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kennedy in particular looking to stall.
Kennedy works his way into full mount!

Baker is in a horrible position here. Kennedy smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Oh Baker is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Baker tries to reverse the position but Kennedy maintains control.
Kennedy lands a big elbow.

Kennedy is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Kennedy extends the arm and Baker is forced to tap!
