Quintana shoots in for a takedown but Jones shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Quintana throws a nice looking combination but Jones bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Jones lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Quintana fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Jones to the ground. Quintana is now in Jones's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Jones working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Quintana doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Quintana manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well Quintana has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
