Khalifa has chosen young wild and free as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Serdal shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Serdal wants to work for an arm triangle but Khalifa is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Serdal thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
