The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helms blocks a head kick by Gold.
Gold misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Gold lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Helms circles away quickly and effectively.
No luck for Gold with that takedown attempt.
Helms displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gold.

The fighters circle momentarily. Helms darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Helms scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gold doesn't seem bothered though.

Helms cracks Gold with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Helms cracks Gold on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Gold falls backwards against the cage. Helms follows up with more strikes that drop Gold to his knees. Helms keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Gold! This one is all over!
