PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roy Bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bull comes to the cage accompanied by Black Label Society - Fire It Up. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Roy Bull!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hulk Hogan!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Paul Gruel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogan has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hogan there as he acknowledges the shot.
Bull scores with a decent looking hook.
Bull throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hogan moves out of range of the body kick from Bull.

Hogan gets a takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Bull gets back to full guard.
Hogan keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bull's head.
Bull looking for a sweep. Not yet Bull, not yet.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bull lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hogan!
Bull prevents Hogan from getting the reversal.
Hogan is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

That's one minute gone in the round.

It looks like Hulk Hogan has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bull has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Hogan's face.
Bull fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

That has opened up Hulk Hogan's cut even more.
Bull scores with a couple of good head shots there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bull is in the full mount, landing strikes.

The cut above Hulk Hogan's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Bull with the ground and pound from mount.

Hogan is rocked!
Bull is landing with some decent strikes but Hogan is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Hogan is still in real trouble! Can Bull finish him?
Bull unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Hogan wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Bull celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
