Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Fu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mo Tali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fu comes to the cage accompanied by SDJ-COMMANDOS. Tali has chosen If ya smelllllllllllll what the rock is cookin as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Thomas Fu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mo Tali!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fu is looking to land body kicks.
Fu misses with a low kick.
Fu fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tali has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Fu cracks the inside of Tali's front leg.
Tali tries to clinch there but Fu circles away.
A slow jab from Fu misses its intended target.
Fu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A slapping leg kick lands for Fu.
Tali fails to land the takedown.
Fu connects with a body shot.
Thomas Fu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tali darts in trying to clinch
and Tali takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Fu connects with a body shot.
Fu tries a head kick but it misses.
Fu misses with a few strikes there.
Tali tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fu paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tali's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Fu connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Tali scrambles back to his feet.
Tali lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fu circles away quickly and effectively.
Fu looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Tali.
Fu moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tali shoots in and drives through. Fu sprawls well.
Thomas Fu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mo Tali.
Fu cracks the inside of Tali's front leg.
Tali takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Fu lands with a big left! Tali is wobbled badly! Fu comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Tali to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Thomas Fu!
