Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Crabby Iron!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trent Allen!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iron swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Iron defending well as Allen loads up on a big left hand.
Good standup being displayed there by Allen as he connects with a hook.
Iron swings for the body but Allen moves out of range.
Iron throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Iron uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Allen.
Iron throws a jab when Allen was well out of range.
Allen throws a jab when Iron was well out of range.
Allen avoids the body shot from Iron.
Iron uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Allen.
Iron just misses with a punch to the body.
Iron throws a shot to the body.
Allen throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Iron sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Iron cracks Allen with an open hand slap.

Iron waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Allen.
Allen blocks a jab.
Crabby Iron is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Allen takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Allen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Iron.
The fighters circle momentarily. Iron darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Some bone on bone action there as Allen checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Iron fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Allen manages to avoid it.
Allen throws a jab when Iron was well out of range.
Allen misses with a left hand
and Iron counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Iron scores with a punch to the head.
Jab, jab by Iron - just one landing.
Allen shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Allen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Iron.

Iron connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Iron cracks a nice hook into Allen's ribs.
Allen seems to have recovered his senses.
Iron misses with a low kick.
Allen might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Iron fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Allen manages to avoid it.
Iron dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Iron swings for the body but Allen moves out of range.

Iron is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Allen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Iron.

Allen throws a shot from downtown. Iron moves away and avoids it.
Allen connects with a body shot that sends Iron's belly button to the back.

Allen shoots for a double leg takedown but Iron sprawls well. He's pushed Allen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Allen gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Allen shoots in for a double leg but Iron sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Crabby Iron seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Iron throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Iron keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Iron dips to his left and cracks Allen with an uppercut!
Iron lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Nice defenses there by Allen.
Allen takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Allen moves away from the strike by Iron.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Allen checks a leg kick nicely.
Iron throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Allen takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Crabby Iron dominated that round.

Iron throws a right hand that misses
and Allen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Iron misses with a shot to the body

and Allen counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Allen.
Allen looking to pass the guard.
Iron wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Allen postures up in Iron's guard and throws a big left but Iron blocks it.
Allen throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Iron works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Allen controls from within his opponent's guard.

Allen trying to control the position from guard on top but Iron is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Crabby Iron.
Allen with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Iron to score with a decent uppercut.
Iron throws a leg kick but Allen checks it.
Allen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Iron stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Allen throws a lazy right hand but Iron sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Iron gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Allen to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Allen trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Allen throws a big elbow that misses.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Allen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Iron keeping moving, preventing Allen from controlling successfully.
Iron wants to stand up but Allen is controlling him.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Allen throwing strikes but missing.

Allen throwing strikes from guard but Iron blocks nicely.
Allen chips away with some ground and pound.
Allen won't allow Iron to get back to his feet.
Allen throws a big elbow that misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Allen wants to control from the top but Iron keeps moving.
Allen trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Allen lands a couple of digs.
Iron working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Allen.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Allen pushes down on Iron's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Iron wants to get back to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Trent Allen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Crabby Iron showed his dominance in that final round.
