Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Doran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Georges St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doran has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doran shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. St Pierre defends it nicely.
St Pierre looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Doran on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Doran throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around St Pierre's waist but St Pierre gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Doran off to one side.

Doran fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but St Pierre avoids it really well and circles away.

St Pierre is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Doran has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
St Pierre wants to control but Doran is keeping busy.

St Pierre is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Doran defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
St Pierre has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Doran has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

St Pierre is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Doran's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Doran's back!

St Pierre is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Doran is defending well though. St Pierre let's go of the attempt for now.
St Pierre seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Doran's chin but Doran turns very nicely into St Pierre's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Doran.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well St Pierre has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
