Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Emerson Jorge and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larty throws a right hand that Weera ducks under and follows up with a left that Weera also avoids with ease.
Weera tries to sprawl but Larty drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Larty stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Weera to get to his feet.
Weera shoots in looking for a takedown. Larty tries to sprawl out of it but Weera keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Larty manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Weera lands a nice leg kick that just misses Larty's sensitive parts.
Weera throws a quick inside leg kick.
Weera swinging wildly here.
Weera shoots in but no luck this time.
Weera gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Larty counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Weera has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). jj Larty!
jj Larty tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
