Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jim Dougan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sneek a Mouse Marley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jim Dougan has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jim Dougan seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Marley closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Marley advances to mount.
Dougan wants to control but Marley is having none of it.
Dougan tries to control the position but Marley now has his back.
Dougan tries to escape but Marley has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Even with his hooks in, Marley manages to miss with strikes from the back.

Dougan has control of Marley's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Marley regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Dougan tries to lock up and control but Marley gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Marley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Marley is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Dougan can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Marley had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Dougan is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Marley Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Dougan's back instead.

Marley is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Dougan defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Well Marley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
