The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson lands a head kick. Kazama smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Johnson swings for the body but Kazama moves out of range.

Johnson shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Kazama is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Kazama is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johnson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Kazama tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Johnson's elbow.
Kazama is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Johnson is keeping busy.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Kazama is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Johnson has his hands clasped together but Kazama extends an breaks Johnson's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Kazama.
