Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Alfonso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amethyst Ashe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amethyst Ashe will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ashe misses with a two punch combination.
Alfonso blocks the body kick.
Alfonso wants to clinch.
Alfonso misses with a series of wild punches.
Ashe avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ashe throws a right and a left that Alfonso avoids nicely.
Alfonso moves in looking to clinch but Ashe pushes him off.

Ashe has taken the fight to the clinch.
Alfonso drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Ashe jumps guard and drags Alfonso to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Alfonso postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Alfonso drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Alfonso as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Ashe screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Alfonso! Nice submission victory there!
