The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francis dodges the punch combination from Helikopter.
Francis avoids a punch combination nicely.
Helikopter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Francis.
Francis shoots in and drives through. Helikopter sprawls well.

Francis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Helikopter swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Francis scores with a sloppy right hand. Helikopter should have avoided that one.
Francis doesn't manage to clinch there - Helikopter circles away.

Francis moves out of range as Helikopter throws a body kick.
Francis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Francis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Helikopter circles away.

Francis has hold of Helikopter's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Helikopter manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Francis connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Helikopter tries to hold on but Francis pushes him away.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
