Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Takeru Mark Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Newman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takeru Mark Kyle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nate Newman!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyle has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Newman.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Newman.
Kyle throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A jab from Newman misses.
Newman moves out of range as Kyle strikes.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
A jab from Kyle misses.
Newman jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A decent looking cross lands there for Newman.
Kyle fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kyle throws a jab but it's blocked by Newman.

Kyle throws a hook but Newman blocks it.
Newman thows a left - swing and a miss!
Newman throws a predictable looking body shot
and Kyle cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Kyle checks a low kick from Newman.
Kyle jabs Newman to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Kyle shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Newman pinned against the cage. Newman gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Newman throws a front kick aimed at Kyle's knee but Kyle avoids it well.

Newman scores with a hook to the body. Kyle takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Newman throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Newman lands a nice shot to the body.
Newman throws a jab when Kyle was well out of range.
Newman missing with a left hand there. Kyle was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Kyle avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
A slow jab from Kyle misses its intended target.

Newman throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kyle swings for the body but Newman moves out of range.

Kyle shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kyle was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kyle sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Newman tries to reverse the position but Kyle maintains control.
Kyle with a couple of short strikes.

It looks like Nate Newman has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Newman is trying desperately to improve position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kyle lands a nice shot to the head.
Kyle lands a heavy elbow.
Newman is wriggling around trying to escape.

Newman is in a horrible position here. Kyle smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Newman is rocked!
Newman is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Kyle! Newman is hurt baaadly! Kyle is firing away with more strikes - Newman is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

A less than humble Takeru Mark Kyle misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
