PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thor Shamrock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodney Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shamrock comes to the cage accompanied by Boys on the docks. Stewart has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock misses with a wild combination.

That kick from Shamrock tenderised Stewart's leg. Stewart is trying to keep his angry face on.

Shamrock feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Stewart drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Stewart seems to have locked his on tight now - Shamrock screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Stewart, as he picks up the win!
