Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ishmael Boorg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fullsize Mirror (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boorg comes to the cage accompanied by In the Jailhouse Now. Mirror is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ordinary Guy--- Blue Scholars. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Eddie Farnsworth and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mirror chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Mirror throws a nice inside leg kick.
Mirror misses with an uppercut. Boorg saw that one coming.
That kick from Mirror tenderised Boorg's leg. Boorg is trying to keep his angry face on.

Boorg moves into the clinch.
Nice elbow from Boorg.
Mirror lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Mirror pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Boorg shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mirror eats them both and turns towards Boorg to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Boorg misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Boorg gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Mirror thuds his right hand into Boorg's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Mirror lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Boorg stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mirror.
Mirror misses the shot to the body.
Mirror scores with a one two! Boorg had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Boorg uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mirror.

Mirror tries to clinch but Boorg moves out of range.
Fullsize Mirror is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mirror lands a nice leg kick that just misses Boorg's sensitive parts.

Mirror avoids the head kick by Boorg.
Mirror works the jab nicely.
Mirror bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Boorg's head.

It looks like Ishmael Boorg has been cut.
Mirror buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Mirror lands with a thumping leg kick.
Boorg is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Mirror lands a jab.
Mirror wants to clinch up but Boorg keeps it at a distance.
Boorg shoots in looking for a takedown. Mirror tries to sprawl out of it but Boorg keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mirror manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Boorg has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Mirror.

Mirror misses with a jab to the body

and Boorg counters by moving into the clinch.
Boorg throws a knee to the head but misses.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Boorg.
A body shot lands from Mirror.
Boorg is breathing heavily.
Mirror tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Mirror lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Mirror misses with a short punch on the inside.
Mirror tries to work over Boorg's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Mirror tries to throw a body punch but Boorg avoids it by throwing Mirror back against the cage.

Mirror's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A jab lands there for Mirror.
Mirror stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Boorg takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Mirror throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Mirror looks to score with a jab to the body but Boorg is just out of range.
Boorg misses with a body kick.
Boorg shoots for a double leg takedown but Mirror sprawls well. He's pushed Boorg's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ishmael Boorg. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mirror moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Mirror throws a shot from downtown. Boorg moves away and avoids it.
Boorg takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

A bone on bone clash there as Mirror blocks the leg kick.
Boorg takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Mirror lands with a hook. Boorg tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Boorg ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
An inside leg kick from Mirror misses.
Mirror has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Boorg circles away from the clinch attempt.
Boorg will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Boorg dives in and grabs Mirror's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mirror pushes down on Boorg's head and hops out.

Mirror cracks Boorg with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Mirror has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Boorg to stand back up!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Boorg. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Mirror steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Boorg is out on his feet! Mirror sets himself and nearly takes Boorg's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!

In his post fight interview, Fullsize Mirror started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
