Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Osama Hussein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goncalo Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hussein kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Fat Joe 300 Brolic. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hussein shoots for a double leg takedown but Alves sprawls well. He's pushed Hussein's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Alves throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Alves misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A head kick from Alves lands but Hussein takes it in his stride.

It looks like Osama Hussein has been cut.
Alves misses with the combination.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Alves. Hussein shrugs it off though.
Alves throws a sloppy head kick and Hussein moves out of range easily.

Alves knocks Hussein to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Hussein has control of an arm but Alves manages to advance to Alves's back!

Hussein seems to have got his legs back now.
Alves has the hooks in. Hussein is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Hussein is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Alves.
Hussein tries to escape but Alves has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Alves keeps control of the position easily here as Hussein tries to buck him off.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hussein steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Alves. That one must have hurt.
Hussein is breathing heavily.
Alves stuffs the takedown.
Alves throws a head kick but Hussein moves out of range.

Alves lands a head kick that stumbles Hussein and the fighters go to the mat.
Alves is pushing down on Hussein's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hussein is fighting to maintain full guard but Alves has managed to sneak the leg through.

Alves seems to be looking for submissions.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Alves's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Alves seems to be working for a kimura but Hussein defends the submission attempt.

Hussein tries to roll over but Alves keeps him under control.

Alves is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Hussein is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
