Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Condit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Condit comes to the cage accompanied by GLADIADOR - Now we are free. James Hansen is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hansen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Condit moves into range and connects with a jab.
Hansen misses with a takedown attempt - Condit sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Condit throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hansen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Condit swivels and escapes.

Hansen stuns Condit with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hansen tries to bum rush Condit with a series of wild strikes but Condit uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The referee is keeping an eye on Condit - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Hansen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Condit but Condit pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Hansen shoots in looking for a takedown. Condit tries to sprawl out of it but Hansen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Condit manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
