Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roman Burza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burza comes to the cage accompanied by Guns N' Roses - Welcome To The Jungle. Kelly has chosen Fire Your Guns as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roman Burza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Albert Kelly!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly misses with a low kick.
Kelly throws a nice looking combination but Burza bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Burza manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kelly on his heels. He'll look to pass Kelly's guard now, I'm sure.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kelly can do anything to dispel that myth.
Burza wants to control from the top but Kelly keeps moving.
Burza advances to half guard.
Kelly won't allow Burza to pass to mount.

Burza is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Burza is trying to work for a kimura but Kelly is defending well.
Kelly is looking to improve his position.
Burza thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Burza seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kelly does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Kelly has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Burza is working away from the top position though.
Burza is looking to advance position but Kelly won't allow it.

Burza is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kelly is just riding it out for now. Burza eventually gives up the hold.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Kelly throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Kelly swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Burza throws a one two combo.
Burza fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kelly connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
A bone on bone clash there as Burza blocks the leg kick.
Kelly throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Roman Burza has been cut.
Roman Burza is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Kelly keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Kelly displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Burza.

Kelly throws a hook to the side of Burza's head but Burza sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

A looping hook to the body misses from Kelly. Burza does a little dance to reset his feet.

Kelly displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Burza.
Nice sprawl there from Kelly as Burza shoots in.

Kelly gets caught flat footed, as Burza shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kelly manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Burza tries to hold on but Kelly postures up.
Kelly wants to control the pace but Burza is squirming around nicely.
Burza can't escape the position.

Burza sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Burza looking for submissions off his back.

Burza is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kelly pulls his head out easily.
Burza is trying to control but can't.
Kelly tries to pass the half guard into mount. Burza knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Kelly is looking to take a break and control but Burza is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Burza throws a strike from the bottom that misses.

Burza looking for submissions off his back.
Kelly not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Burza wants to control but Kelly is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Burza has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Kelly. Oh but Burza has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Kelly goes limp - he's gone! Burza jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
